Beth Orton - Faith Will Carry from Superpinkymandy
SuperPinkyMandy is the debut album of British singer Beth Orton. Largely in the style of electronica, and produced closely with then boyfriend William Orbit, it was a limited Japan-only release, with about 5000 copies pressed. As such, it is very rare and much sought after. It contains tracks that later appear on both Beth Orton and William Orbit albums such as, She Cries Your Name, Don't Wanna Know 'Bout Evil, Yesterday's Gone which became Montok Point on William Orbit's Hinterland and Dice.

Can't even find a bootleg copy of this. She cries your name is still the best song from this album.

I was looking for this disc pretty much ever since SC III's release. 5,000 copies. That explains why the one copy I saw on Ebay about 10 years back went for $175.
Wish I wasn't a poor grad student then, dammit
