Yes I'm sure. It is a sign of hacking when they cross the finish first and you still win if you cross. Teddy said on TF 2 he crossed first, but teddy still finished and teddy won. Teddy also said DJ played normal a few matches, lost all of them, went afk for a match, then it started.
