the first one was a woman who was old fashioned and was disrespected by her love stating without saying, "you have no boobs" but the second one meant that in Los Angeles women would go to any distance to have fake implants or fake body parts making them either more beautiful or look like a barbie doll.

Thanks for your comments and deep, critical thoughts...! The essence of the last part is that plastic surgery is more desirable and socially acceptable in LA than in NY, where a suggestion to get er, enhanced, may be misconstrued as an insult! It's just a joke. No worries if you'd rather take the cash, in either city!
