http://www.visitorinfo.com Manatees are large, gray mammals with flat, paddle-shaped tails and are also called sea cows. we were just out walking the dogs in Satellite Beach when we passed by the Berkeley Canal and saw these manatees hanging around. Due to the unusually cold weather, these manatees were enjoying the relative warmth of this shallow waterway.
