Ahhhhh...the wonders of the internet.....so good when it works! So annoying when it does not! Call centres are the bane of my life. I recently changed internet providers and the time wasted sorting out the bugs was somewhat annoying. You have my empathy!
Pay pal, does that work in Japan? If so, the eBay issues (once you get in) might be better.....might be....

Ebay nowadays is a pain in the ass even for Americans! All you have to do is read the Ebay forums to see how many sellers are leaving!
You have an advantage over others! Since you're so well known all you have to do is set up a Blogspot to sell your items and advertise it on YT! No Ebay fees and just take Paypal and Propay!
