A few week old baby cows at Cal Poly SLO. They haven't even been weened yet! They're absolutely adorable :-)

I think that humans should eat meat, but that farm animals should get wide open space and a chance to LIVE before they die.

There are also one within the veal sector who not just being in a crate forever until turned to veal, but they're fourth stomach chamber is harvested for rennet for cheese culture. Fuck the slaughter industries and their imprisonment exploitive bullshit.

im in ffa and we had a 18 month old bull he was so cute and will miss him but when the county fair came that was it.

@sandk69 Dairy farms involve the cows being impregnated each year, so they may lactate. Their calves are taken from them and either turned to dairy cows or veal calves. Cows suffering deep psychological distress due to separation of their babies.
And when they no longer produce milk, they are sent to slaughter.

@complainer101 some of them are dairy cow so dont worry so much :) but some of them re beef cows :(

i guess it makes me a bit of a hypocrite since i'm not vegetarian, but it really makes me tear up when i imagine cuties like this in the slaughter houses... so innocent...
