The only soil like that in Warwickshire is in the south of the County.

@blackgrassincorns Yes, you're right. This was taken just about 3-4 miles from the Oxfordshire border. There are pockets of the stuff further North but once you get away from Southam, Kineton, Ilmington, etc. most of Warwickshire is quite reasonable.

i remember ploughing at warwickshire college, all heavy clay :/ i used to love ploughing in the old ford 6410 n dowdswell 3f, i used to out plough a massey 6290 n dowdswell 4f
