Slapskins McBOOOm made up a cardboard projector screen so we could play the whole "Summon Forth the Mangonel" album, including interludes, with splendiferous accompanying visuals.

Featuring Bing Turkby on geetar and yelling (the second time ever that I used my Fender Pawnshop '72!), Ajax MacDeth on Headless Special bass, and Slapskins McBOOOm on drumbelinas and technology.

Oh yeah, just in case you're interested - the guitar amp is an Electro-Harmonix 22 Caliber pedal-sized amp, into an Epiphone 1x12 cabinet. The cab is part of the Valve Junior/Senior range - I got mine with my Valve Junior, but I'm just loving having a great-sounding pedal-sized 22 watt amp, so that's what I've been using for smaller gigs and practices. It can keep up (just) with a drumkit being played hard, if you're wondering. In this video Slapskins is taking it easy on me, and I have the amp volume at 9 o'clock (a quarter).

Feel the power of the sword of Xanthros!

  • I made it to 2:07 before I wanted to kill myself.
