Pasek and Paul's Edges: a compilation

EDGES is a song cycle that confronts the trials and tribulations of moving into adulthood and examines the search for love, commitment and meaning. It was originally written by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul when they were students at the University of Michigan. It has since received dozens of amateur and professional productions throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia.

This montage is taken from the professional premiere of EDGES by Capital Repertory Theatre in Albany, NY in October 2007 directed by Gordon Greenberg. The cast included Stephen Booth (GLORY DAYS and Las Vegas' AVENUE Q), Colin Hanlon (RENT and Off-Broadway's I LOVE YOU BECAUSE), Whitney Bashor (Off-Broadway's THE FANTASTICKS) and Farah Alvin (NINE, THE LOOK OF LOVE; Off-Broadway's I LOVE YOU BECAUSE and Paper Mill and Goodspeed's PIRATES). Lighting by Traci Klainer and set by Dane Lafferty.

EDGES is available for licensing through Music Theatre International. It can accommodate a cast between 4-20 actors, is ideal for young actors, and perfect for schools and theaters with small budgets

Why doesn't the MTI website offer all of the songs? It says the show ends with "Coasting"!

They have an old version of the whole show. it got rewritten a while back and as far as I know this version of the show isn't available yet.
