@yuhaviat I *think* it was made by the Japanese Government. I could be wrong. but they really did an outstanding job. one of the best videos I've seen on youtube.

A truly wonderful & inspiring video. respect to all the Japanese people, the nation, AND those who reached out and sacrificed to help a brutalized nation in shock and grief. MORE PROOF that the Japanese people are AN HONORABLE people of great capacities, ... and who also know how to say "Thank you" for those who were there when we needed you most. respect.
