a 5/8 inch washer fits a little tighter that's what I use

1/2L washer doesn't work with B40 model. Top needle hits washer and top of Keurig unit won't close.

OMG!! You are a life saver!! You said your B60 didnt work and Keurig replaced it....I've heard their customer service is excellent but just curious if you had any difficulties getting them to send you another. THANKS for the video...saving this to the favorites :) Take care....

My pleaseure!! - Contact Keurig/Green Mountain. You follow their quick trouble shooting steps and usually you will have the option to have it replaced. You have to go through the steps due to the fact that there were a few jadrools that repeatedly beat them out of coffee makers. One guy cost them $10000 worth of machines. Sad yes. But in this world....

Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow u make me one happy camper!!!! i was so frustrated everytime i used mine i thought i had a broken one!! This has saved me a ton!! now i can truely enjoy my keurig!!! Thankkkkkk you!!!!!!!!!!!! This really really works!!! unbelievable!!! :)
