I just was there, amazing ship. I've been in Gem too them are same type both :)

tip get the plat health insurance and still need a few thousan to pay up front if you get sick, i got sick on ncl jewel 14 day cruise from nyc and it was the worst exp, of my life

ever get sick on the ship i did and they put me off the ship in the next port and left me there

This ship is in my future, before we bring in the New Year. "Heat Wave," interesting choice, gets my juices flowing. Did you have a good time?

We had a terrific time. The staff were great and the food was good. I just wish we had more time in the ship! It was our first time on NCL but I think we will do a few more.
