okay a word of advice for evryone trying to learn:

1) Take your time it takes a while to learn this and not get confused

2)Work on the hand gestures and movements first

3) Once you firgure out the hand movements then add in the footworkings

4) As soon as you've figured everything out go to the fast version and practice
