First of all there is no sound so you don't know what they are saying but you can tell the man is unstable and aggressive, second of all the cop knew what they were doing, they know what the effects of OC spray because they get sprayed in training. They were just doing what they have been trained to respond to a man as aggressive as he was.

the one cop pushed the man and then the othwer cops sprayed him with mace.. yes the man seemed angry and was seemed to be yelling but thats no excuse for the cop to put his hands on the man much less pepper spray the man....here is a fact ...Pepper spray is banned for use in war by Article I.5 of the Chemical Weapons Convention which bans the use of all riot control agents in warfare whether lethal or non-lethal............ so why are police allowed to use chemical weapons ?
