http://www.careerexplorer.net helps you find infomation on today's most exciting career fields, like Engineering.

Engineers have some of the highest starting salaries of any field. Because such an extensive education is required in order to become an engineer, and in order to focus an engineer's time as much as possible, there are many related support positions.

I intend to focus on Computer/ Electrical Engineering courses when I get to college. I suppose I could give you a little advice towards preparing for these courses: study lectures on video-hosting websites (the UC Berkeley lectures are great), and try to learn/ refresh your memory on the requisites to take these courses; i.e. mathematics (trigonometry, calculus, etc.), sciences (physics, chemistry, and possibly others), and anything else you think may be necessary. Good luck.

  • I have a great interest in Engineering; Mechanical, structural, architectural, civil, etc. I do believe I have a talent for problem solving and innovating new ideas into useful means. I am going to graduate high school in a few weeks and start attending a community college. I am looking for any advise in this career field.
