A great glute and leg exercise with a rotational core stability component.

How To:
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and assume the deadlift position with your back tightly arched. Your legs should be slightly bent. Pick up the kettlebell and slowly extend your legs until you're standing up straight with the kettlebell hanging down from your fully extended arm. Bend back into the deadlift position and repeat the lift.
