  • So true, Julian.

  • yes hitler was raised christian but eventually he tried passing himself as some demi god. he only used christianity as a disguise. don't judge christianity based on that. fact is. there are good religios people and bad ones like there are good and bad athiests.

  • he would snatch the strap back and proceed to take his watch off and roll up his sleeve. Just before the inevitable, he would ask Do you know why I am doing this? The general reply was often the obvious, Because I havent finished my homework?? He would then say, No my son, I am doing this because I love you. And as he raised the strap high in the air, if you looked closely enough, inscribed on the strap itself were the words ACT OF LOVE

I'm not really a big fan of religion....

  • I went to a catholic school high school in the early nineties. The maths teacher smoked in class and would ash on your head without you knowing when standing behind you. If you talked in class he would walk up behind you and crack you over the head with a piece of chalk clenched between his knuckles. If you forgot to do your homework he would take his leather strap out which he named the 'waddy'. He would hand it to the offending student and tell him to strap himself. If it wasnt hard enough...

  • well i went to a "chrisitan" school and the majority of students there weren't chrisitans and it certainly wasn't "shoved down our throats" :)

  • I agree with you 100%. I wish more people had this attitude.

  • The thoery of Evolution is a view held by faith as well. It cannot be reproduced, and it has never been observed in progress (except as mutation within species - which is corruption of DNA data). The only facts we have are what we can see - the evidence left by history. What you make of it is up to you. For example, in fossils, you see millions of years of death, but I see evidence for a world-wide flood. Don't simply believe what you're told. Read both sides and make up you own mind.

  • Dont confuse Christians with facts... :P
