What kind of medication do you take for your diabetes? Insulin or pills? I take metformin and glipizide twice daily and I try to keep my meals regular with **tons** of water, it'll help it flush the extra sugar out of your system faster. It works for me so maybe it'll help you too! :o)

@Annabelle I am currently taking metformin 1 pill 2x a day. And insulin (Lantus) 1X at night. I will def take ur advise and drink more water. I think I might b eating to many carbs. I'll let u know how it goes. Thanks for the help.
