Gah, I really want to believe these were alien craft, but none of those objects are changing direction. This would indicate to me (albiet having very little knowledge of science) that they were more likely inert particles abstracted by a poor camera than extraterrestrial phenomena. :(

From 2:53 when nasa operator says "Much wider strand" there is an object that starts crossing ther screen in a straight line across the bottom 1/4 of the screen from left to right. As it reaches the right it slows down and curves toward the bottom of the screen. Space dust does not do that!!

It`s amazing. When I first saw it I was convinced. Because NASA has never been able to reject the authenticity in terms of this cable guy that reived all broadcasts and got all the missions on his tapes.
