actually, this is a rectoscope. The six-inch version is the proctoscope, the 4 inch version, the anoscope.

It is a very cool item. But, why do you own one? It's gross!

I bought it at frea market. Now It sell on the Internet auction.
It is only reason I just get money.
Of course I never use it because I'm not medical doctor.
