HAARP research is all over the internet. I suggest your commenters read some before making comments showing they haven't done any homework. The original Eastlund patents define the capability to cause earthquakes (among other things). The signals are multiple, they heat a plasma dome in the ionosphere with square waves around the optimum frequency of 2kHz. THEN, a 2nd signal (can be bounced anywhere) does the "work"- to steer the jet stream, cause floods/droughts/earthquakes and plasma "UFO's"..

@hearts0ngs ...physically shaking the ground loose. In this video they said they were able to find certain materials underground by using this method. Imagine what billions of watts that cause the same kind of vibrations can do at a particular target.

@hearts0ngs They need to adjust how many Watts the antennae are emitting. When they get their target wavelength, it travels until it reaches the ionosphere (our ozone) then rebounds back. They probably did much experimentation and calibrating with this and perfected it if they actually did hit Japan's nuclear power plant on target with the earthquake. Since HAARP can be tuned to a frequency, it is possibly a large amount of shortwaves hitting a spot (undetectable to our natural senses)

I'm well aware of the Globalist Agenda. etc...but I note that the HAARP antennae are all pointing in one direction, straight up; so how could the operators actually 'target' anyone? Furthermore, the forces involved in an earthquake are huge, well beyond anything we puny humans could muster. Mother Earth is still the one who brings on an earthquake, IMO. Though I'm sure if those evil little boys in grown mens' bodies (Globalists) COULD cause a quake, they would do so.
