We don't trash it, others have for a long time though. We clean up after ourselves every time. It's too beautiful and our kids love it out there. Last year State Troopers were out there and spoke to us. They did not ask us to leave though. They only said they were trying to get the ATV's out of there. That's their biggest concern right now. We park on the trail and walk back. They were surprised to see we walked w/ kids, a dog, beach supplies, and coolers!

From Millville...take main st./49 east toward ocean city...just out of town about a quarter mile or so past Holly Heights school on the right...it's a dirt road with a wooden sign that reads Menantico Ponds. The trail is the first large one on the left...!!!CAREFUL!!!...the trails are treacherous for most non-4wd trucks and impossible for cars. (We walk when we go out there). The ponds are about 2 miles or so from the main trail. This is one of our favorite places.

a few hundred miles from lake catherine AR theres a dirt road you can take around another close camground, if you take the dirt road (take it slow theres a huge cliff to ur side) there should be a colvert a few miles up the road, if u see any other veichles coming that road im not sure what to do, anyways the colvert is made of cement but its pretty long, theres three colverts... me and my friends in scouting sandpapered our asses...lol but it was fun!!!!!!

i agree people should look after this place but trucks and atvs are alound on the trails if they are registered and insured with the state. and a crushed fox from a atv ur nuts. i here and i have cleaned up after myself and so have the people i know that ride here

Give me an fing break. the worst things atv's do is create some ruts. stop bitching about the atv's all they wat to do is ride. i agree with the trash though, the person who put this video up should take the directions down. people shit things up for everyone.

You shouldn't tell people how to get there! It's getting trashier and trashier ever year! I went last week and was on the verge of tears! Trash everywhere and the state doesn't seem to be looking after it or cleaning/emptying trash cans anymore. I don't even wanna talk about the damage done by these Jeeps and ATV's. I saw a crushed fox along the first pond....disgraceful! It should be a secret before it turns into the Belmar lake.

I was out there last week and the place was totally trashed, bottles everywhere, keep inviting people there and that place will be a part of history just like Port,Lacey,Little Mill,Flats,Murphys,Malalga,etc­, etc.. .. if you use this land and trash it your gonna ruin it it for alot of people. its one of the only places left in south jersey.. and NO its not legal and is marked POSTED very clearly. use it responsibly at your own risk
