Somali people :Who really are they ?

Alot of people were wondring who we are , some said we have white features some said we are Bantu Black ,others said we are mixed , sorry but you all are wrong We niether white nor black bantus or mixed , Heres some facts about who we are , we are in fact Somalis we speak the Somali language, which is part of the Cushitic branch of the Afro-Asiatic language family
GENETICALLY(YDNA) , the E1b1b (formerly E3b) genetic haplogroup makes up the bulk of the paternal DNA of SOMALIS ,Ethiopians, Eritreans, Berbers, as well as many Mediterranean and Balkan Europeans. The M78 subclade of E1b1b is found in about 77% of Somali males, the genetic studies conclude that Somalis and their fellow Ethiopian and Eritrean Northeast African populations represent a unique and distinct biological group on the continent....

I am from England and am white of course and I cannot understand the negative comments on this video. As far as i was taught at school the Somalids belong to the Ancient group that split from the common Capoid African ancestor somewhere around 150,000 years ago and spread North, this group later left Africa and populated Europe, The Middle East and India. Its not a question of them having European features, they gave Europe their features in the first place!

@mike3000gt7 Why wouldn't it be the other way around? As in Caucasian's and Middle Easterners share about 40% of their genes with Ethiopian's. Africa is considered to be the oldest human inhabited continent in the world...so wouldn't that be backwards?

Europeans do it all the time. Russians don't consider Caucasians(People from the Caucasus) to be white and frequently murder them on the street. There really is no European unity. Somali's are African but we shouldn't deny their uniqueness nor their relations to other non-African peoples. East Africans are very close, culturally,. linguistically and genetically to Southwest Arabians.

Ethiopians share about 40% of their genes with South Arabians. that doesn't make them 40% Caucasian. There are no "caucasian" genes. South Arabs and Ethiopians are very close phenotypically, linguistically, culturally and genetically.
