On this video however, the tune is listed as 'traditional'. Kathy plays the whole set of tunes after the Lairds Waltz. Aaron Shaw from the Wicked Tinkers plays the chanter on the last part of the set.

That almost sounds like Ian Rankin doing the narrating. He is the author of the inspector Rebus novels, which takes place in Edinburgh.
