It's a good job Ryo didn't catch up to lan-di in Shenmue I or else this would happned. another good reason is that he had the expreaiance from all his friends to give him help and to become stronger. and also After when Ryo caught up to lan-di in shenmue III..Oh yea..thats right...THERE IS NO SHENMUE III !!!!!. I dont get it. SEGA are produceing really crap gamesl ike sonic in armour with a sword?? when that money coulda gone to shenmue III. sonic knight didnt sell alot so it coulda gone to that

@AlexKidd1922 that dream meant that when the cherry blossoms fall (April/May) the Dragon will descend upon you (Lan-Di will come for you) and that you should hurry (finish your game)

As the Shenmue fan that I am, I'd say the Yakuza series is better than Shenmue in every way. Although Shenmue 3 would definitely be on my most wanted list if it ever comes out

I think re-making Shenmue 1 and 2 for the 360 and PS3 would get people interested in the games again therefore giving Sega enough money to make Shenmue 3.

Never got this ending thank god l0ol but now off to play the sequal...which styll doesn't end and sad there is no 3 :*( this game is so cool 2 me

I've never gotten this ending. I think I've only beaten the game once but I had no intention of ever seeking it out.
Too tedious anyway to fail day in and out when the game's greatest strength is the numerous ways you can blow your time away.

Keep failing the QTE when your about to sneak into the old warehouse district. Once it starts just put down your controller and wait till April 15th.
