Start with top of feet and ankles on the stability ball, arms in front of you on the ground fully extended and shoulders in good posture. Position body in a front plank position but with the hips slightly higher and the elbows fully extended. Roll the ball to your chest, bending your knees, keeping your back flat and keeping the hips and upper body in the same position. Brace the abs and use your glutes. Bring the ball back to starting position.
