@d09cp Hey if it wouldn't be too much trouble and you still have those tapes I'd love to get a hold of some other recordings of Abner Jay. I've looked and looked but can only find small amounts of his work and I'm a huge fan! Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

Quite a storyteller he was. Sort of an "outsider" blues feeling to this. Like it a plenty.

Oh, he's done a lot more! ONE MAN BAND is basically a "best of Abner Jay". His albums are consistently enjoyable, but they're nearly impossible to find (and when you do, expect to pay A LOT).

Abners great isnt he, I only have the one album, (not sure if hes done anything else) but it gets regular plays over here :) speaking of outsider blues, might have to put some James Pobiega on YT, there doesn't seem to be any!
