I couldn't open up anything, and I was very frustrated about it. I didn't want to pay $70. I really thought my computer was infected, and at last I was able to open the internet and find how to get it off for good. Thanks so much for saving my computer from my dad stealing it for me ruining it!

okay my laptop wont open up programs is this what i do as well to get it removed? i havent tried anything yet and i dont want to pay a butt load if i can just do it myself :P

Usually when you are infected with this type of virus,you can't open any programs.To fully remove this virus,please follow the video or see full video description for more additional help.After that,all programs should be working back again and virus should be removed.Good Luck!
