Yeah, He-Man was a blond-sort-of-ubberman. If Skeletor had any signs of being either jew, communist, or black, and not just a lame zombie, I would agree with you. However, The cross he uses was invented in 1200 by the Teutonic Knights, and used in many, many ways. The lightning giving power could be related to almost any culture, from greece to nordic. You had me thinking for a while with the green tiger, though, but I still honestly believe it is just a coincidence.

The Iron Cross wasn't technically a Nazi symbol - it was created in the First World War and was very much like the British Victoria Cross and US Congressional Medal of Honor in that it was an accolade awarded to soldiers for acts of outstanding bravery.
