Regardless of how smart or dumb Chris is, he was one of the best HS football player's ever in FL. A lot of dumb stuff comes out of his mouth but his talent is undeniable. He is NEVER afraid of contact. Just watch the film. Urban has never given him the chance to be a true running back. I have compared his fillm vs. Noel Devine and Rainey is far superior. Chris also beat Noel in the 40 five times. The difference is that Devine was given the chance to be a feature back and Rainey wasn't.
