He's one of those Muppets on whom they didn't actually stick any eyes. Instead, they drew distinct ones on the glasses. Other characters with those same glasses include Don Music, Herbert Birdsfoot, Bill Smith, Bennett Snerf, Mr. Essex, and Dirk from "Sounds of Our Lives".
