@rtfletcher1987 but unless you are taking the tractor out of four wheel drive on the end ridge then this would also make no difference, but side braking doesn't wreck a diff, in a four wheel drive tractor only two wheels will spin when turning a corner unless diff lock is activated or the tractor has a limited slip diff, all the braking does is slow down one side, sore on brakes not on diffs
-
wrong, below 6kph the 4 wheel braking is disengaged
-
@MrTschalow Wrong. When you use split brakes in a 4wd tractor,it causes the 4wd to activate, braking both front wheels and making it impossible to turn quickly and damaging the diff
-
you can, cause with 4wd there is only 2 wheels that need to turn. only all 4 wheels turn when you lock your differential
-
these are ok if u dont mind ur tractor being rebuilt every other year as i no someone who has a magnum with these and it just vibrates the tractor to death waste of money
-
@milkijoe not with 4wd you cant
-
The road speed is reduced but on the resent cvx puma the speed is still the same, yes the video with the wheed one as well as the tracked one was in the same field, turning is a bit more but you can use you you split braking system to turn sharper
-
very slowly ;//

Good concept, i think the turning radius needs some major attention.
