if someone lost a $20 bill and someone else found it ten minutes later, that person wouldn't know where to take it to return it to the first person. But if you find an iPhone prototype, just take it to an apple store! They're everywhere!

@JermzzzyFTW In the UK it's called stealing by finding. We're supposed to hand it in to the cop shop, saying where and when you found it.. Then after 3 months and it hasn't been claimed, it's legally yours.

It's a fair thing to do, but very people hand stuff in as you can well imagine.
