Stan Meyer developed a water "splitter" that separated hydrogen from oxygen, and burned the hydrogen as fuel in an internal combustion engine.

I wonder why this technology has never been presented as an alternative to fossil fuels?

Why? Cracking hydrogen and oxygen out of water and burning the hydrogen is a middle school science project. Hydrogen combusion engines are not very efficient. Mazda released a production RX-8 with a hydrogen engine, but it was a terrible idea and sold very little. Low power, low efficiency. It certainly works, but would have terrible down sides in range, power and reliability.

And STOP trying to make an idea to sell to giant corporate. They are ALL attached at the hip. You threaten to completely nullify a multi trillion dollar industry AND... YOU ... DIE! Self preservation and greed needs no conspiracy, they will kill you. Make your idea and spread it like a plague to the people and THEN you will change the course of the world.
