Mom and Dad's 50th Anniversary Party

We decided to play Mom and Dad's song (A Summer Place) live at their 50th Anniversary Party. The problem is, we all live in different parts of the world so our first rehearsal was the afternoon of the day of the party. Due to time restraints, we quickly went though it a couple of times at rehearsal and that was it. Even though that may not seem like much preparation, we all learned our parts prior to this and everyone involved is an experienced musician although as a group this was the first time we had played together. I was pleasantly surprised with how prepared everyone was and it went pretty well.
