I have a 2002 Honda CR 125R with a problem. Listen to the gurgle toward the end of the run. When i got it, the guy said that the bike needed re jetted. Fixed the needle and pilot jets but the main is not right. When i got it, it had a 410 main jet in it. The stock jet for my elevation and temp. is a 400 main. It is at a 350 now and it still sounds like it needs to come down more but 350 seams low. The plug looks perfect. Bored carb, ported exhaust, FMF gold series with a shorty.
!!!NEED HELP!!!

  • @MattFMF no i never did i sold it but i changed everthing but the cdi box i am pretty sure that is what it is but the problem is, is that it was like $250 so i just sold it for a 2002 rm 125

  • did it do that with the stock main jet?

  • No I would say it sounds to rich same happened to my bike lean it off on the main jet

  • Sounds a bit lean

  • Call Fmf and ask what jetting you should get for your specific bike with the exhaust system you have on it.

  • piolet jet

  • @gewizz2 lmao

  • wrong size jet

  • I have the exact same bike and had the exact same problem, it sounds like its running rich at higher rpm, the cr's were jetted rich from the factory but so putting in a factory jet might not solve your problem, I would try going to a leaner main jet and. Also using high quality synthetic 2 stroke oil helps to because it doesn't put as many carbon deposits on the plug.

  • thats getting no where near enough fuel, go with a bigger jet i'd say.
