DHC-3 Otter Seaplane ride over Prince Rupert, B.C. (HD)

This was filmed in February 2009. I posted this on FL350 but i decided to re-edit it and make it a bit shorter for uploading in HD.

I took a minute off of it and made a few minor changes and lowered the bit rate to help with uploading times.

Nice video, it's amazing to see Pr. Rupert again - it's been over a decade since I was there. I've taken the twin engine Otter from Seal Cove to Masset, and then the Beaver on return. I was servicing FM radio transmitters in that region.

I watched these things taking off from the sea plane port in the summer

We never flew higher than 2500ft. So i was in the back for the first part so i'm guessing somewhere right in between as we were climbing out of rupert.
