i dont understand
what flaps use for?

In the case of flying slow enough to be filmed by a helicopter, in addition to have a lower stall speed, it is necessary to have the flaps extended to maintain a nose-low attitude so the pilot can more easily see and avoid other aircraft traffic.

Hey Randy! Good to hear from you! Coming up on Annual #12 with 1,400 hours on "P-Aire" to date. Let's do a fly-in sometime.

Ya. It was summer and quite hot. Don't get much air movement when under 100 KIAS. Had to fly slow to stay with the helicopter that was shooting the footage.

The video was taken from a helicopter belonging to a local TV channel. We were never closer than 100 yards.
