@30thMarch Assuming that it's like the Ozark Medieval Fortress in the USA (also by Michel Guyot), there are full-time, paid workers, as well as volunteers, interns, etc.

@CapitanoGUC Ok. I'll take it easy *Deep Breath* -- these ideas are repeated everywhere by the people who like to see Middle Ages as wild and dark ages. Now, if you listen to real historians, they tell you the same : it's a myth. (Don't let yourself be impressed by movies like Braveheart ;o)
