@mikeknight4u I've seen people make them for as little as $10k. Depends how much material you use from the site itself (dirt, etc.) and how much salvage you use (old doors/windows). They're cheap as hell to make. It's made of bags or tires filled with dirt. And dirt is, well...dirt cheap! :)

@mikeknight4u I wouldn't suppose it should cost too much since from what I've seen basically all you need are clay/adobe/cement (depending on climate) old tires old cans and old bottles. If you can get all that recyclable stuff then you'd probably only need to pay for cement or clay if you decide to make it yourself. As for the second questio ant type of heavy artillery will suit you just fine. This house is actually quite resistant to fires and such :)

How much does the least expensive earthship cost? Is there any way I can make this thing more defensible against marauders that will try to attack my earthship when the government collapses? :O

@fobgirl19 you sound as if you know a lot. Can I ask if computer technicians get paid well there?? I would really like to live in an earth ship and want to know if there is work there to support us of that sort. That is if u know of course ^-^
