Even now Rudd's speech is inspiring even when he has disappointed me. Kevin Rudd has vision and I believe when there is a will there is a way. if only he will watch this again. The world financial crisis has being a big obstacle but every issue Rudd named touches the heart of working family Finally there is someone who understands. Practical is often a cover for shortsightedness gains in the short term. We are a young country with a huge future ahead of us but how to be get there with no vision

Howard is just talking up the grand illusion he has been constructing for ten years. ("There are no problems! We're doing really well! Honestly! No, really, we have made ourselves richer through, uh, gumption and elbow grease! The mining has nothing to do with it!!") Very desperate. I hope Australians are smart enough to see through his deceitfulness.
