The singer is indeed Flt Lt Matthew Little, he is Musical Director of the Royal Air Force Cranwell College Band. He's not a pilot and has been a singer with all the RAF bands for the last 16 years and is also a backing singer for others such as Michael Ball, Lesley Garrett to name a couple. He is very popular and a brilliant singer. Well worth catching at any of their concerts.

I am from the United States Cleveland,Ohio to be exact and I can tell you that when the pipers play going Home for Police Memorial Weekend Here Its Played slow and they march slow, Its a bit spooky and It does send chills up my spine and gives me goosebumps.
