    have wrist pain since last tuesday , did a lil heavy on the ez bar for bicep curls.

    wore the wrist splint , didnt work, only the hot/cold treatment gives some repite.

    just tried your very simple massage, dont know right away if i felt better but i def did not feel worse. i used to practise accupressure earlier and your technique is related and makes sense.

    should i do this at least thrice a day or less? any other modalities to ease the discomfort? pls let me know

  • Thanks a lot, I have a question though. Do you think I have arthritis? My right wrist always clicks if I try to do it, without fail every time. I've been able to do it for years now freely, and it's very loud!

  • Well, as a tennis player, I use my left wrist more than I should, ahah. I didn't really focus on my right hand since I'm a lefty. I played tennis 3 days straight, and I woke up with wrist pain. After doing the following instructions in this video, my wrist felt much better. Thank you for this. =)
