ya i just took the end cap and shield off and painted them was easy and i havent had the paint come off or scratch. been about 1800 miles since i paited it.

ya i painted it with engine paint. i just cleaned it real good and painted it. it was just from a spray can. it has been on for about 400 miles now and its still holding just fine

this is my 07 fz1. i just bought a touring windscreen for it. i also painted the exhaust sheild and cap black because i hated the silver.
