Entertainment reporter Tim Estiloz takes a look at the classic original 1950's film, "Invasion of the Body Snatchers"... and compares it to the 1970's remake. The original "Body Snatchers" starring Kevin McCarthy is a sci-fi classic about alien space pods that create emotionless copies of humans - and replaces them once the real human falls asleep. This horror classic was re-made - in a much more graphic form - in the 1970's starring Donald Sutherland, Leonard Nimoy and Jeff Goldblum. This story compares the two versions via numerous video clips from both films and analysis. It's an interesting look at both films at one time, together.
This story was written and produced by Tim Estiloz. It originally aired on the TV entertainment program, "Backstage" seen on CN8 - The Comcast Network.

4 all together Invasion of The Body Snatchers 56,and 78,Body Snatchers 93,and The Invasion 07.The 78 version was arguably the best,if you ask me.

Didn't know about the Kevin McCarthy thing. Personally I like the 78 remake the best even though it came out half a decade before I was born. The 93 one was *yawn*

The ending in the 1978 version of Invasion of the body snatchers came out unexpectidly and was scary beacause I thought the ending was going to be normal

LOL - not half as funny as it was for me... as the TV host... dealing with the ones worried more about me looking "Grey"... than the story itself.
