Energy Technology and Policy: A Post-Copenhagen View

Ernest Moniz, Cecil and Ida Green Professor of Physics and Engineering Systems at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, director of MITs Energy Initiative and of the Laboratory for Energy and the Environment at the MIT physics department, reflects on the climate change negotiation process during the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference, also known as the Copenhagen Summit, and the future of climate change policy and technology initiatives during a Boston University Presidential Lecture on Clean Energy and Environmental Sustainability. The future of climate change policy, he says, is uncertain.
