瑞士汁薯仔炒牛肉
材料:
急凍肥牛片140克(5安士)、薯仔260克(9安士)、洋蔥80克(3安士)、青椒50克(1.75安士)。
調味料:
淘大瑞士汁2湯匙。
做法:
1.薯仔刨皮後切細件,加1/2茶匙鹽, 烚5分鐘,隔水備用。
2.肥牛切件,洋蔥及青椒切細件。
3.燒熱1湯匙油,先略煎薯粒,後加洋蔥及青椒炒香。
4.加入牛肉略炒,倒入調味料炒勻,炒至汁乾,即可。

Stir-fried Potato and Beef in All Purpose Marinade
Ingredients:
Sliced frozen fat beef 140g, Potato 260g, Onion 80g, Green pepper 50g.
Seasoning:
Amoy All Purpose Marinade 2tbsps.
Method:
1.Peel the potato and cut into bite size, add 1/2tsp of salt, boil for 5 minutes, then drain well.
2.Slice beef, onion and green pepper into bite size.
3.Heat the pan with 1tbsp of oil, pan fry potato, then stir in onion and green pepper. Add beef and seasoning, stir and serve.
