@jimfortunecomcast I got this info froom RailPictures. net "To commemorate the 66 Union Pacific employee/reservists who were called to active duty for 'Operation Desert Storm,' the UP painted SD40-2 3593 (ex-8084) into this distinctive camouflage scheme. This engine was painted this way from 2/27/91 to 10/11/91." Sorry that's all I found without going over the 500 character limit.
