Random Guy Sitting in Car Blasting "Somewhere Over The Rainbow."

I'm sitting at home, windows are opened, and all of a sudden I hear this majestic music getting louder and louder as it's making its way up my street. I imagined someone walking down the sidewalk, dressed up as a superhero, and this was their theme music playing along with them. Instead, I went to my window and saw some guy smoking a cigarette in his car now parked out in front of my place. Then, as if God had given me the gift of a perfect moment, his song changes from the superhero-sounding ditty to Israel Kamakawiwo'ole's "Somewhere Over The Rainbow." He remains in his car, continuing to smoke his cigarette, music still blasting. People are walking by and riding bikes past this guy wondering what the hell was going on. I knew I had to run to the other side of my place and grab my camera immediately to capture this. I apologize for the cicadas... they're noisy this time of year. Oh sweet, Lord... thank you for this wonderful, WONDERFUL random moment.
