Yes, the US press is 'free' but not if the government makes it clear that writing on certain things is bad for homeland security, and the press obeys even in the US. That is why Hasan is not a hot ticket journalistically in the US. But that is still not the issue with Judith and Shep. Their ballistic freakiness toward Israel on a non-issue is. - My comment is yet to come.

I will say that the issue is not about censorship, it goes much deeper than that since the precedent of how far paparazzi can go has been set and Judith and Shep were not paying attention when paparazzi were given their boundaries. @sirdirkfan The US press is free to print whatever they want without censorship...even classified documents. They can later go after the journalist to try and get his source from him (contempt of court), but they cannot stop the papers or TV stations from printing it once it's out there.

The matter of the suspect who is accused of copying classified documents is CLASSIFIED INFORMATION and not up for investigation by the media, just as it is in the uS with protecting the rights of the suspect Hasan in the Fort Hood shootings, making Judith and Shep true losers of understanding the rights of suspects, and users of such unmitigated hate on Israel. Rights of the suspects are the only issue and both US and Israel are doing their utmost to make it clear to the media to lay off.

Bravo Fox News. it is about time that friends of Israel act as true friends - support Israel when it is in the right and criticise it when it is in the wrong. Finally, Israelis must accept the notion that it is completely wrong to believe that "if you are not with me all the time (whether I am right or wrong) you are against me".
